Einiosaurus, meaning “buffalo lizard,” is a genus of ceratopsian dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period, approximately 75 million years ago, in what is now Montana, United States. Einiosaurus was a medium-sized herbivorous dinosaur, with a distinctive forward-curving horn on its nose and a pair of long, curved horns above its eyes. Its frill, the bony structure at the back of its skull, was relatively short and broad, with triangular projections along its edge.
