Online Refund Policy
This policy applies to all retail online purchased from the Yorkshire Wildlife Park Ltd (the “Company”) website/e-commerce.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund, if you notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods, starting with the day after you receive the goods.
To cancel your order, please follow the process set out below in ‘Returns’.
Returns
Under the Consumer Rights Regulations, if you purchase online, you are entitled to a full refund providing that you notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods, starting the day after you receive the goods. To notify us you must email us at retailonline@yorkshirewildlifepark.com. Please include your name, date of purchase and the order number so we can locate your online order. Your order cancellation is effective from the date you send us the email. If you have received your goods, you must return the goods in a sellable condition complete with all tags intact and original packaging to Yorkshire Wildlife Park (Online Retail), Hurst Lane, Auckley, Doncaster DN9 3QY at your own cost within the 14 days of notifying us by email that you wish to cancel your order. You will need to enclose your delivery note with your order number and contact details.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received, we will the inspect the item and advise you whether the return has been approved. In the event your return is approved, you will automatically be refunded the amount you paid for the item on your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
Exchanges
We do not provide exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and once the item has been received and refund processed, then you should make a new purchase for the alternative item.
Damage & Issues
Upon receipt of your order please inspect your item and contact us immediately via email retailonline@yorkshirewildlifepark.com if the item is damaged. Defective or you have the wrong item. We will then advise you of the next steps to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items can not be returned such as; custom-personalised products, jewellery, products where the seal are broken. These items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. Should you have any questions, please contact us via e-mail retailonline@yorkshirewildlifepark.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift vouchers.
This will not affect your statutory rights.
